Fishtrap Lake is surrounded by 8000 acres of land owned by the Bureau of Land Management. This is public land that our residents can access from our gate to the BLM property which takes you directly to the waterfront trails. Around the Resort and BLM property you’ll find and abundance of wildlife and sights.

If you’re into off-road cycling there are miles of trails that have been formed by local wildlife and other cyclists.
Horseback riding is another common activity with many local Spokane area clubs utilizing the land tract for their events.

If you’re into something a little more simple, the hiking trails are also endless. Lakefront trails are accessible by the gate on our property if you want to hike the timber trails. Or for those who are interested in exploring the “channel scab land” terrain that is above the lake valley there is plenty of native wildlife to be seen.
